Yes, and it is free. Because NixiHost runs cPanel, transfers from other cPanel hosts such as HostGator, Bluehost, GoDaddy, A2 Hosting, or InMotion move your complete account: website files, databases, email accounts, DNS zones, and settings. Our Texas-based team handles the transfer; you provide your current login and we take it from there. Sites on non-cPanel hosts can be migrated too.
Neither. NixiHost support is staffed by our own team in Texas, available 24/7 by ticket, and by phone and live chat during business hours.
Yes. All shared plans support WordPress with a one-click Softaculous installer in cPanel, plus free SSL, daily JetBackup backups, and Imunify360 security included.
NixiHost shared hosting runs cPanel on CloudLinux for account isolation, with MultiPHP covering PHP 5.x through 8.x, MariaDB for databases, Imunify360 for security, and JetBackup for daily backups. Servers are in company-operated Houston and Dallas datacenters.
