The L1 Administrator is the first line of that support. You will handle tickets and live chats across all three product lines, resolve what you have the access to fix, and escalate server-side or hardware issues to senior administrators with clear, complete notes.
Most of your shift is spent working the support queue: diagnosing and fixing customer issues in cPanel and WHM, checking logs over SSH when needed, and helping customers with email, DNS, SSL, and WordPress problems. On the VPS side you handle provisioning, reinstalls, console access, and account actions in VirtFusion. For dedicated customers you manage access requests and initial triage before handing off to the datacenter team.
You keep account records current in WHMCS, document anything unusual, and leave handoff notes so the next shift picks up cleanly.
